- Rounds: 24/24 Combined FITA Field (Saturday 24 Unmarked, Sunday 24 Marked).
- Status: Arrowhead, Record Status, Top Ten, Selection.
- Rules of Shooting: G.N.A.S. rules of shooting will apply.
- Car Parking: Ample free car parking on site, adjacent to the practice range.

- Camping & Caravans: Available on site, free of charge. Basic facilities available only (water, chemical toilets).

- Entry Fees: Two Days - Adults £17.00. Junior £9.00.
One Day - Adults £11.00. Junior £6.00.
Drug testing: This record status shoot will be liable for drug testing, and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Entries from archers under 18 must be signed by a parent/guardian to signify their consent to their child being drug tested if approached.
- Photography: In view of the provisions of the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. No unauthorised photography will be permitted.
- Liability: Overton Black Arrows or the event land owners/managers DO NOT accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury, however caused.
- PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY (5mph max) through the working farm.
